ADINA R&D Inc. is established by Dr. Klaus Jürgen Bathe in 1986. ADINA R&D Inc. headquarter situated in Watertown, Massachusetts, USA. ADINA provide solution to industry and academic institution.

Free Field Technologies founded by Jean Pierre Coyette and Jean Louis Migeot in 1998, situated in Belgian.  Actran development start in 1998 by Jean Pierre Coyette and Jean Louis Migeot. In starting, Actran is developed by Free Field Technologies, but later in 2011 it is also develop by MSC Software Corporation. In 2011, MSC Software Corporation acquired Free Field Technologies.

Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) is the branch of engineering in which manufacturing of work piece is done with help of the computer software to control the machine and assist its tool.  It help in every operations of manufacture plant, also assist in planning, manage, transport and storage. CAM provide fast production process speed. CAM increase precision component production rate. CAM increase tool life and less material removal rate.
